Institutional environment

Collaboration with health authorities and healthcare participants

The LYSA acts as the central governing body dealing with any aspect of lymphomas through:

  • Elaboration of recommendations of professional practices, reference tables, and expertise in association with the French Society of Haematology (SFH), INCa, and French National Authority for Health (HAS)
  • Certification of LYSARC as the processing data centre by the INCa
  • Follow-up of new treatments’ long-term effects in collaboration with the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety (ANSM)
  • Cooperation with other clinical groups in haematology (CLL/GOE LAMS Intergroup, SFGM-TC, IFM) and Groupes Coopérateurs en Oncologie (GCO) gathered in coordination (www.gco-cancer.org)
  • Hospitals (teaching hospitals, general hospitals, and anticancer centres), universities, and research organisations for all the various research activities
  • Interactions with patient associations, especially France Lymphome Espoir
